Day Of Coordination

This package is for the couple who is excited to plan their own wedding but wants the peace of mind that comes with having a professional to guide you through the process and to pull it altogether on the wedding day. We will begin advising you and answering your questions the moment you book with us rather than waiting until 1 month prior as we believe that the earlier in the planning process you receive professional guidance the better your wedding plans and your wedding experience will be.  

Please note that our all inclusive wedding packages include day of coordination, if you are booking a wedding package or elopement package with us you do not need to add this service.

 

Day of Coordination Services start at $1,500


Includes:
 

Planning-Experienced guidance and advice available to you throughout the entire planning process not just the final month.

Vendor Referrals-We will provide you with a list of our preferred local vendors so you know that the professionals you are choosing have been vetted.

Discounted Accommodations-We will  provide you with hotel discount codes giving your guests preferred pricing at a variety of local hotels

Discounted Decor Rentals-We will  extend to you our discounted rates on decor rentals from multiple  local companies.  We also have some decor stocked ourselves such as chairs, arches, neon signs and candles and we are adding to our stock everyday.  As an added service we can provide professional done welcome signs, seating charts and place cards. 

Deliveries-We are happy to pick up and deliver cake, flowers, small decor items that are ordered locally.

Schedule-We will assist you in creating and managing your event schedule.

Rehearsal-We will attend a rehearsal the day before the wedding to practise the ceremony logistics with yourself and your bridal party.

Ceremony Logistics-Our team will seat guests, position and cue the officiant and bridal party.

Audio-We can provide professional speakers, mic etc for the ceremony and run the sound for you at no extra cost and our speakers can be rented for the reception on request.

Contact-Our team will be the day of point of contact for vendors, guests and venue staff giving you peace to enjoy the day.

Setup-We will setup your ceremony decor and reception decor including rentals and items you bring yourself.  We will also takedown the ceremony decor and move items from ceremony to reception as needed.  *Reception takedown can be added to this service for an additional cost.
